Refund Policy

If for whatever reason you decide to cancel your unit/office rental, we will refund your full deposit amount plus any money paid in advance. If you decide to cancel your subscription during a paid month, your notice period (7 days) will be deducted minus any days of the month already passed before cancelling.

If you decide to cancel your subscription within 7 days of initial sign up, a full refund plus the deposit amount will be refunded.

Payment Procedure

No payments are taken through the website. All current offers that are shown online are redeemable in person, and all applicable discounts will automatically be added to your purchase.

There are 2 ways to pay for your unit/office rental, either on an upfront one off basis for a set term, or automatically on a monthly rolling basis, to help you keep track. There are no price differences between paying in advance or monthly, it is all down to personal preference.

Privacy & Security Policy

We adhere strictly to the requirements set out by the UK Data Protection Act. We will retain your personal details only to enable us to provide the services you requested from us. In addition, we may use your name and contact details to inform you of changes, updates and other services we offer, however, we do not disclose any details to any 3rd party.

All payments are taken by our payment gateway provider, WorldPay. No card details or sensitive information are held on-site, or on our website.
